Q. Do you offer a Collection & Delivery service?
A. Yes, just select it as an option during the booking process and customer services will contact you on the day to confirm collection details. Please note that our collection and delivery service is only available when a standard or complete service is selected.
Q. Can I get additional repairs carried out (ie) Brake Pads?
A. Yes, if you would like additional repairs carried out or would like a separate quote for a repair, just add this information in the additional repairs box during the booking process and customer services will contact you with details.
Q. Can I change my booking details?
A. Yes, subject to availability we can make amendments to most bookings if required. If you need to make a change to a booking then please contact our customer services by phone or email, and a member of the team will assist you. (refer to our terms and conditions)
Q. Why are your prices so competitive?
A. We are able to operate most of the administration work through our website so this helps us to reduce our costs and overheads. We also have bulk parts buying power with our suppliers which allows us to pass on great savings to our customers without compromising our service levels.
Q. Can I book in if I do not have access to a computer?
A. Yes, just contact our customer services on 0800 644 0171 and they will be able to complete the online booking process for you.
Q. Do I need to pay in advance?
A. We like to offer both options to our customers, pay at point of booking or when your vehicle is completed. What may suit one customer may not another so we like to give you the choice.
Q. What if I need to cancel my booking?
A. You may cancel your booking at any time before work commences on your vehicle subject to our terms and conditions.
Q. Where do I need to take my vehicle?
A. During the booking process you will be given information about the local approved service centre in your area, if you are happy with the information then you will need to confirm and complete your booking process. Once you have completed the online booking process you will receive a confirmation email giving you all the details you need.
